Nababeep is a town in Namakwa District Municipality in the Northern Cape province of South Africa.

It is an old copper-mining town in Namaqualand, 19 km north-west of Springbok.

Visit the Peter Phillip Museum which informs about the copper mining history of the area. National monument "Clara" the steam locomotive, built in 1890, is the last of the Kitson type mountain locomotives used by the Cape Copper Company to transport copper ore from Okiep to Port Nolloth for export.

Open on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
